We’ve had a very good experience with these roofers as they are professionals. The job was done quickly, clean and with no disturbance to our lives. They communicated efficiently before and after the job was done and they respected the schedule agreed upon. We would recommend their services to anyone that wants a job well done for a fair price.

We recently had Main Element come out to redo our detached garage roof. Vlad and crew did excellent work, completing the job quickly and cleanly. The end-product looks great and quality materials were used. Pricing was very fair. We will use Main Element again.Update: We recently had Main Element come out to also redo the roof on our house and again, the quality and value were excellent!

Really, I should have left this review quite some time back. I can only say that I had a TQ to study for (and pass!). With that now accomplished, I really need and want to give this review. Because each time I look at my roof I just smile. This company ( Main Element LTD ) did a superb job! And I’ve been accused of liking things done a certain way. I suppose I have standards.Well, this company was fantastic. Why? They exceeded my expectations. Apparently, I’m hard to please into the bargain.Start: Vlad (if you’re not dealing with Vlad you’ve got the wrong Main Element Roofing Company) dropped off an estimate. I looked at it and I had to keep looking at it over the next few days. It was much less than my insurance company’s contractor. Much, much less.The start of the work: Guess what? We had a hailstorm and shingles were difficult to come by. Vlad said that if he got the materials and they were dropped off? Then he’d do the work. I didn’t think it was going to happen. It was so late in the season and even if there was the odd nice day, it would take a while.The shingles got dropped off and the next nice day? There they were ready to go! I had to go, but when I got back they were halfway done in half a day… Then when it was evening and they left, they CLEANED UP. Not like “Oh they swept or cleared materials off my drive and got rid of the nails…” No, like I was afraid they weren’t coming back the next day kind of cleaned up.The next day of work: They came back and they finished after lunch. Then the CLEANED UP, even more.The work? They gave me pictures of their progress. Like, Hey look when we were at this stage and then at this stage" and so on. Ok

Excellent work, Vlad and his crew showed up when they said they would, completed in the time frame promised. They took care of our property, cleaned up after themselves, and did a great job. Our new roof looks great.

I hired Main Element to replace the shingles on my roof. After getting a few quotes I went with Vlad and his crew, and I was not disappointed. Excellent work, on time, and a fantastic value. They also treated my house and yard with the utmost respect. You wouldn't even know they were here they were so clean. Great job Vlad!

Top notch roofing company from beginning to end! Vlad helped us in negotiation with insurance adjusters, saved us a lot of time, provided an accurate estimate with reasonable price. The crew was punctual and professional. They left the job site tidy at the end of each day. When the job was done, everything was completely cleaned up. This is a raving review, as a recent customer of Main Element (and Vlad). Not only was I able to obtain updated insurance coverage and WCB clearance Ietters, before signing the actual contract, but Vlad was also comfortable with providing customer references of past work, while also serving as the main contractor for related siding and gutter repairs (avoiding me the hassle of coordinating that on my own). The roofing installation was top notch and praised by the roofing inspector I later contracted to verify for insurance purposes. Minor deficiencies that were pointed out by such inspector, were quickly justified and/or fixed by Vlad. Also, I was very pleased to see there were no surprises when comparing the original estimate to the final invoice - in fact, Vlad was keen to help me save some money in some items. Please consider this local business over the insurance 'preferred' contractor, as their pricing is very reasonable and Vlad really takes pride in the quality of his work!!!
